Abstract

La présente invention concerne un tube-contact d'un chalumeau pour machine à souder utilisant un gaz inerte et un gaz utile, tel que le dioxyde de carbone, l'argon ou un gaz mixte. Le flux du gaz inerte évacué du chalumeau est régulé pour empêcher que les projections générées par la soudure n'adhèrent à un bec et au tube. Le tube-contact comprend un corps dans lequel un trou débouchant est formé par lequel passe le fil-électrode. Le corps présente un plan incliné qui rétrécit vers la direction le long de laquelle le fil-électrode se déplace; une partie de vis prolongeant une extrémité du corps et reliée au divergent ménagé dans le chalumeau; et une partie de tête réalisée dans le côté opposé au corps où la partie de vis est formée. La partie de tête comprend une zone plus large que l'extrémité du corps servant à modifier l'écoulement du gaz inerte qui se déplace le long du plan incliné du corps, à l'intérieur du bec.
