2.如权利利要求 1所述的舒适型可摘舌位矫正止鼾器,其特征在于,所述的上 施力件 (2 ) 和 /或下施力件 (3 ) 由具有适当弹性和强度的丝带状材料构成,并 且,所述的上下施力件 (2,3 ) 具有适当尺寸的宽厚度或直径。
3.如权利利要求 1或 2所述的舒适型可摘舌位矫正止鼾器,其特征在于,所述 的上施力件 (2) 和 /或下施力件 (3 ) 由弹性钢丝和或弹性钢带构成。 .
4.如权利要求 1,2,3中如何一项所述的舒适型可摘舌位矫正止鼾器,其特征在 于,所述的上施力件 (2 ) 和 /或下施力件 (3 ) 其施力端的顶部可带一个适当形 状尺寸的托板 (4) 。
5.如权利要求 4 所述的舒适型可摘舌位矫正止鼾器,其特征在于,所述托板 ( 4) 可由合成树脂 (塑料等)和 /或软性聚合体材料 (硅橡胶等)制成。
6.如权利要求 1所述的舒适型可摘舌位矫正止鼾器,其特征在于,所述固位装 置,其结构可由基托 (5 ) (舌托 /环托)、 连接杆 (6 ) (腭杆 /舌杆 /唇杆 /颊杆)、 直 接固位体(7) (卡环 /带曲唇弓等)、 间接固位体 (8 ) (舌板 /腭板 /支托等)、 附加 功能件(9) (斜面导板 /牙合板 /牙合垫等)这几项中至少一项构成;其材料可由合 成树脂 (塑料 /白胶等)、 金属、 软性聚合体材料 (硅橡胶等)、 隐形义齿材料这几 种中至少一种构成。
7.如权利要求 1所述的舒适型可摘舌位矫正止鼾器,其特征在于,所述固位装 置既可由覆盖义齿或磁性种植义齿构成,也可至少由连接杆(6)及与连接杆(6) 连接的环状固位体 (10) (带环 /冠套等)构成。
8.如权利要求 1,6,7中如何一项所述的舒适型可摘舌位矫正止鼾器,其特征在 于,所述固位装置(1 )最好放于患者的上颌,但也可放于下颌; 上下颌同时放时, 其颊侧且可各带一个起移颌作用的连杆 (11 ) 。
9.如权利要求 1,2,3,4中如何一项所述的舒适型可摘舌位矫正止鼾器,其特征 在于,所述上下施力件(2,3 )其非施力端的延伸部分 (即连接体 12)可与连接杆(6) (腭杆 /舌杆 /颊杆等)连为一体,也可以灵活分开;可以为同一种材料或截面尺寸, 也可以为不同的材料或截面尺寸;所述上下施力件,其施力端可以直接指向 /到达 最终作用处,亦可以间接然后到达最终作用处。
10.如权利要求 1,2,3,4,9中如何一项所述的舒适型可摘舌位矫正止鼾器,其特 征在于,所述上下施力件 (2,3 ) ,其中部可以至少带一个调节曲 (13 ) 以便临床 上灵活调整长度和位置。
