Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de transmission et un dispositif de transmission permettant d'utiliser de manière efficace une zone de communication, tout en permettant d'exécuter la récupération du traitement, lorsqu'une défaillance apparaît. Lorsque les informations sont transmises sur un réseau comprenant une première ligne de transmission annulaire, présentant une ligne de transmission classique dans un premier sens et une ligne de transmission de réserve dans le premier sens, ainsi qu'une seconde ligne de transmission annulaire, présentant une ligne de transmission classique dans un second sens et une ligne de transmission de réserve dans le second sens. Le procédé et le dispositif de transmission permettent la mise en place d'une pluralité de canaux de transmission à travers lesquels les signaux sont transmis, par l'intermédiaire de la ligne de transmission classique dans le premier sens et mettent en place une zone de réserve, laquelle est une substitution à la pluralité de canaux de transmission, sur la ligne de transmission de réserve dans le second sens.
