Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour fabriquer une pièce d'ancrage perfectionnée pour panneau. Cette dernière comporte un profilé d'ancrage, une bague de fixation et un ressort à lames. Ce profilé d'ancrage, de préférence formé par estampage, est en forme de U et comprend deux ailes verticales et un élément de base d'où part un profilé vissé dans lequel est ménagée une ouverture. Un trou de réglage est pratiqué dans chaque aile verticale. Dans le mode préféré de réalisation, la bague est incurvée et présente deux protubérances formées le long de sa circonférence. Le profilé d'ancrage est positionné sur un moule, les protubérances de la bague s'insérant dans les ouvertures des ailes verticales, et un effort est appliqué sur la bague qui s'en trouve sensiblement aplatie et ainsi assujettie au profilé d'ancrage. Des filetages sont ensuite exécutés par taraudage dans les trous alignés ménagés dans la bague et l'ouverture pratiquée dans le profilé vissé. Un ressort à lames moulé est ensuite fixé au profilé d'ancrage.
