Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif tendeur conçu pour un système d'entraînement synchrone ou non synchrone d'un moteur de véhicule automobile. Ce dispositif tendeur comporte un arbre d'installation présentant une ouverture conçue pour recevoir un boulon permettant de fixer le dispositif tendeur à un moteur de véhicule automobile. L'ouverture présente un centre qui est décalé par rapport au premier axe de rotation d'un bras tendeur. L'arbre d'installation estampé possède une partie de guidage et une partie plaque formée intégralement. La partie plaque s'étend transversalement à partir de la partie de guidage. Ladite partie de guidage s'étend à l'intérieur de l'axe de niveau sur lequel le bras tendeur est monté de manière à pivoter. Une extrémité distale de la partie de guidage entre en contact avec l'axe de pivot de manière à permettre le mouvement en rotation et à empêcher le mouvement axial entre les deux. La partie de guidage est conçue pour maintenir un décalage de l'extrémité distale de la partie de guidage semblable au décalage du centre de l'ouverture lorsque l'élément tendeur est installé sur un moteur.
