Abstract

La présente invention concerne des composés ayant une structure de peptide-biphényle hybride, ainsi que des composés associés présentant une activité comme inhibiteurs de la calpaine. Un composé de la présente invention est un biphényle 2,2'-disubstitué, les substituants en position 2 et 2' du squelette biphényle étant des chaînes contenant des structures associées aux aminoacides, des peptides et des amides, pouvant être identiques ou différents. La présente invention concerne également tous les isomères conformationnels (atropisomères) dudit composé représenté par la formule générale (I). Les composés représentés par la formule générale (I) sont destinés au traitement préventif ou thérapeutique d'une maladie dégénérative.
