Abstract

Procédé de traitement de déchets liquides (effluents industriels ou agricoles liquides ou sites aquatiques) chargés ou pollués en phosphate de tributyle (TBP), souches bactériennes modifiées susceptibles d'être utilisées dans ledit procédé de traitement, procédé de surveillance de l'évolution de la pollution par le TBP ainsi que dispositif de mise en œuvre dudit procédé de traitement. Ledit procédé de traitement ou d'épuration de déchets liquides comprend essentiellement les étapes de (1) mise en contact desdits déchets liquides avec au moins une souche de bactérie photosynthétique pourpre non-sulfureuse résistante au TBP sélectionnée dans le groupe constitué par Rhodopseudomonas palustris (Rp. palustris), Rhodospirillum rubrum (Rs. rubrum), Rhodobacter capsulatus (Rb. capsulatus) ou Rhodobacter sphaeroides (Rb. sphaeroides) ainsi que lesdites souches de bactéries modifiées pour surexprimer le cytochrome P450, dans des conditions permettant la dégradation du TBP présent dans lesdits déchets et ce quelle que soit la concentration initiale en TBP ; et (2) la récupération des effluents liquides purifiés.
