Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de roulage pour rouler des bandes de tôle, ce dispositif comprenant un châssis (2) et plusieurs paires de rouleaux (6, 7) disposés les uns derrière les autres dans le sens de transport des bandes. Entraînés en rotation, ces rouleaux se font face en parallèle et forment entre eux un intervalle (S) profilé pour le passage de la bande de tôle à usiner et, transversalement au sens d'acheminement de la bande de tôle, ils (6, 7) sont divisés en premiers segments (6a, 7a) de rouleaux et en deuxièmes segments (6b, 7b) de rouleaux, ces derniers (6b) au moins se déplaçant transversalement relativement au sens d'acheminement de la bande de tôle. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que les segments de rouleaux (6a, 6b, 7a, 7b) comportent chacun un élément de base (10) sous forme d'arbre creux, lequel est monté solidaire en rotation sur un arbre (9) situé sur le châssis (2) et peut être axialement désolidarisé de cet arbre (9), ainsi que plusieurs éléments profilés (11) définissant un profil de roulage (11a), ces éléments profilés étant juxtaposés solidaires en rotation sur l'élément de base (10) auquel ils sont reliés de manière libérable.
