Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de transport (100) destiné au transport de personnes et de marchandises, comprenant une plusieurs cabines pour voyageurs (140), entraînées par un moteur, configurées sous forme de cabines étanches, guidées sur au moins un rail (150), dispositif comportant un système de fonctionnement à bilan énergétique amélioré et à rendement élevé, comparativement aux dispositifs connus jusqu'à présent. Ce résultat est obtenu, conformément à l'invention, laquelle est caractérisée en ce que la cabine (140) est guidée dans un tube (120) présentant une pression atmosphérique réduite par rapport à la pression d'air normale au niveau de la mer.
