Abstract

L'invention concerne une pompe à eau destinée à un moteur de motocyclette et comprenant un couvercle de carter droit, un corps de pompe à eau, un axe de pompe à eau, un joint étanche à l'huile, un joint hydraulique, une turbine et un couvercle de pompe à eau. Selon l'invention, le joint étanche à l'huile, le coussinet et le joint hydraulique sont fixés respectivement dans les trous ronds axiaux de différentes sections du corps de pompe à eau ; le coussinet et le joint hydraulique sont placés respectivement des deux côtés du joint étanche à l'huile ; un joint torique est fixé dans la rainure annulaire située sur l'extérieur du corps de pompe à eau ; l'axe de pompe à eau est monté de sorte qu'il traverse le coussinet, le joint étanche à l'huile et le joint hydraulique ; la turbine est fixée à l'extrémité de l'axe de pompe à eau ; le corps de pompe à eau est monté sur le couvercle de carter droit par ajustement avec jeu et le trou radial sur le corps de pompe à eau est relié au trou situé sur le couvercle de carter droit. La pompe à eau selon l'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'un passage d'arrivée d'eau est situé sur le couvercle de carter droit où est fixé le corps de pompe à eau et en ce que le passage d'arrivée d'eau est en communication avec un passage de sortie d'eau situé sur le couvercle de pompe à eau. Ainsi, la pompe à eau selon l'invention occupe peu d'espace et son assemblage et sa maintenance sont aisés.
