Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif portatif peu coûteux capable de détecter des niveaux peu élevés d'agents chimiques toxiques en temps quasi-réel. Ce dispositif est capable de détecter des composés organophosphorés tels que le sarin et le soman à des niveaux de méiose, respectivement de 0,1mg/m3 et 2ug/m3, après environ deux minutes d'exposition. Ce dispositif est une application d'une plate-forme de chimie, d'alimentation en fluide et d'électronique comprenant une utilisation spécifique d'enzymes stabilisées et immobilisées ou autres entités chimiques pour conférer spécificité et sensibilité.
