Abstract

試料導入部(107)に、試料−担体複合体(119)を導入し、試料−担体複合体(119)を移動させ、堰き止め部(111)に堆積させる。所定量の試料−担体複合体(119)を堰き止め部(111)に堆積させた段階で、堰き止め部(111)を加熱する。所定の温度まで昇温し、試料−担体複合体(119)を試料(121)と担体(123)とに分解させる。そして、試料導入部(107)と試料回収部(109)との間に電圧を印加し、柱状体(115)間を通過させて試料(121)を第二の流路(106)中に移動させ、所定の分離、分析または回収操作を行う。
