Abstract

L'invention est destinée à la coupe et à la finition des surfaces internes et externes de métaux au moyen de l'énergie d'oscillations ultrasoniques. La structure contient un système acoustique qui comprend un convertisseur à magnétostriction (2) monté dans le boîtier (1) ainsi qu'un concentrateur (3), une broche (4), un émetteur d'ultrasons qui se présente comme des guides d'ondes à résonance (5), des embouts de travail (6), un bossage (7) formé sur le boîtier (1) et comportant une fente longitudinale (8) avec un élément de raccordement (9) et des orifices fixes (10), une unité tensiométrique (11), un système d'affichage (12) destiné à contrôler les déplacements du système acoustique et des guides d'ondes à résonance (5) par rapport aux surfaces à traiter (13) des métaux et un élément de connexion (14). Le dispositif de l'invention offre de larges possibilités au plan technologique et permet d'améliorer la qualité des surfaces à traiter.
