Abstract
L'invention concerne un ozoneur basé sur du plasma utilisant des micro-ondes capables de réaliser un équilibre des masses par séparation d'une étape de dissociation d'oxygène et d'une étape d'excitation, et permettant de réaliser le rendement maximum de cette manière afin que deux types de gaz soient homogénéisés à l'aide d'une vibration ultrasonore durant une étape de couplage, une chaleur de réaction étant absorbée au moyen de l'élément thermoélectrique à effet Peltier.
