Paravent mobile à déploiement latéral variable comprenant un écran (2) et une colonne (4) sur pied (5) caractérisé en ce que - ledit pied (5) comporte des moyens (11) pour le déplacer, -la colonne (4) sert de logement à l'écran (2), -l'écran (2) est souple et étirable à volonté, - l'écran (2) s'enroule sur un axe vertical à ressort de rappel (12) disposé dans la colonne (4), - l'écran (2) comporte un côté rendu solidaire dudit axe (12) et un autre côté mobile (7) muni de moyens d'accrochage à un élément d'architecture, - la distance et l'angle de développement de l'écran (2) peuvent être librement choisis, - l'ensemble paravent mobile se manipule aisément d’une main.

Description

Paravent
La présente invention se situe dans le domaine des paravents. Elle concerne plus précisément les paravents mobiles à déploiement latéral variable.
Par "paravent", on entend tout objet interposé, disposé selon un plan vertical, qui est utilisé notamment, mais pas exclusivement, pour dissimuler ou protéger un espace.
Généralement, et depuis longtemps, les paravents sont composés d'éléments de dimensions définies et reliés entre eux par des charnières ou autres systèmes de liaison pivotants. Ils comportent plusieurs modules qu'il faut disposer côte à côte en angles plus ou moins fermés les uns par rapport aux autres pour les maintenir debout sur une surface horizontale. D'autres paravents se composent d'un panneau maintenu en position verticale par des pieds fixés perpendiculairement au dit panneau, entravant de ce fait les déplacements des personnes et des choses. Ces types de paravents sont relativement instables. La surface servant à protéger ou à masquer une personne ou un ensemble d'objets est définie de manière rigide par les dimensions, la disposition et le nombre de modules à disposition. D'autres types de paravents sont fixés au plafond ou au mur et du fait de leur installation permanente ne sont pas déplaçables aisément. Un autre type de paravent existant se compose d'un conteneur fixe duquel on extrait un panneau ou une toile pour l'accrocher à un autre point fixe. Une variante est que le conteneur est déplaçable, mais lourd et peu maniable du fait de son fort lest.
La présente invention vise en particulier à remédier aux problèmes de masquage ou d'intimité visuels et temporaires, notamment dans les cabinets médicaux, les homes pour résidents âgés ou personnes handicapées, les chambres d'hôpitaux, les expositions temporaires, les bureaux et salles de conférence ouverts, certains espaces publics intérieurs, les appartements privés.
La présente invention propose une solution consistant en un paravent d'une totale mobilité, ambulant par nature, déplaçable facilement d'une seule main, même d'un local à un autre, et extensible en largeur sans paliers fixes et prenant très peu de place quand il est en attente d'être utilisé.
Plus précisément, la présente invention concerne un paravent tel que défini dans la revendication principale.
Le paravent se compose essentiellement de trois parties principales qui consistent pour une part en un élément porteur mobile, d'un élément extractable sans palier, et d'autre part en un élément récepteur de maintien. De préférence, l'élément porteur est composé d'un tube creux disposé verticalement, de section polygonale. Il est maintenu dans sa partie basse par une liaison fixe et rigide sur un pied creux et contenant un mécanisme commandant une plate-forme à roulettes. Le pied est muni sur sa périphérie inférieure d'un joint de type caoutchouc pour la liaison au sol. A l'intérieur du tube creux et au-dessus du pied, est maintenu verticalement un axe d'enroulement à ressort de rappel autour duquel est fixé et s'enroule un tissu ou un film d'une structure et d'une tenue appropriée. Ce tissu ou ce film est maintenu à l'extérieur de l'élément porteur à son extrémité libre par un cylindre de petit diamètre dépassant en haut et en bas du tissu ou du film, permettant l'accrochage et le maintien au mur.
De préférence, l'élément récepteur est composé principalement de deux crochets fixés sur une surface verticale telle qu'un mur, une cloison ou tout autre élément d'architecture. Les crochets sont en deux parties, une fixée au mur et l'autre amovible. La forme des crochets amovibles permet de retenir à volonté le cylindre tout en permettant le déplacement vertical du dit cylindre.
L'invention sera décrite de manière plus détaillée ci-après au moyen des figures suivantes :

La figure N° 6 représente une vue isométrique du mécanisme de l'invention
Le paravent mobile à déploiement latéral variable est composé d'un élément porteur 1 muni de roulettes escamotables 11, d'un élément souple 2 et extractable sans palier, et d'un élément récepteur de maintien 3.
L'élément porteur se présente sous la forme d'un tube vertical 4 fixé sur un pied creux 5 contenant un mécanisme 14 commandant une plate-forme mobile 10 à roulettes escamotables 11 au moyen d'une poignée de manutention 6. Son pied 5 comporte un joint 13 pour la liaison au sol. Dans le tube 4, est maintenu un axe à ressort de rappel 12 autour duquel s'enroule un tissu 2 ou un film 2. L'élément extractable tel un tissu 2 ou un film 2 est maintenu à l'extérieur de l'élément porteur 4 à son extrémité libre par un élément rigide 7 dépassant en haut et en bas permettant l'accrochage au mur avec les crochets 8,9. L'élément récepteur 3 est composé de deux crochets 8,9 dont une partie est fixée sur une surface verticale telle un mur, et l'autre partie est amovible. Le mécanisme de commande 14 transforme le mouvement rotatif de la poignée de manutention 6 incorporée au tube creux 4 en un mouvement linéaire et vertical de la plate-forme 10 à roulettes 11, maintenant cette dernière dans une stricte horizontalité lors de son déplacement.
Un des fonctionnements préférés de l'invention est le suivant : en position de repos, l'élément porteur repose sur le sol, le paravent rétracté, les roulettes relevées. Pour le déplacement de l'élément porteur, on abaisse la plate-forme à roulettes en actionnant légèrement la poignée de manutention, soulevant de ce fait l'élément porteur du sol, permettant de déplacer sans effort cet élément porteur et son élément extractable à l'endroit choisi. On approche l'élément porteur près de la surface verticale où sont préalablement fixés les crochets. On introduit les extrémités du cylindre solidaire de l'élément extractable dans les deux crochets. On s'éloigne du mur tout en maintenant la poignée en position de roulement, permettant ainsi à l'élément porteur de rouler facilement tout en déployant le paravent dans une direction opposée aux crochets muraux, sans contrainte d'angle horizontal par rapport aux dits crochets et sans distance prédéfinie. Une fois la distance et l'angle choisis, on relâche la poignée, et par gravité, l'élément porteur repose au sol sur son pied muni du joint de type caoutchouc, les roulettes étant escamotées à l'intérieur du pied. La forme spéciale de la partie amovible des crochets permet le coulissement vertical du cylindre solidaire de l'élément extractable. L'ensemble de cette manutention ne prend que quelques secondes et sans effort de l'opérateur.
Pour refermer le paravent, on actionne à nouveau la poignée, soulevant l'élément porteur, abaissant les roulettes, permettant ainsi de rouler vers les crochets muraux, le tissu s'enroulant autour de son axe à ressort spécial incorporé, on relâche la poignée, les roulettes s'escamotent et l'élément porteur repose stable sur le sol, prenant ainsi très peu de place une fois rangé. Toutes ces manutentions se font aisément d'une seule main, le tout étant très léger.
On peut disposer plusieurs paires de crochets de maintien dans un même local et les utiliser alternativement avec le même élément porteur. Les parties fixes des crochets sont discrètes et peu invasives. Leurs parties amovibles sont instantanément et facilement déplaçables d'une base à une autre sans outils. Le même élément porteur, ambulant par nature, peut être déplacé et utilisé dans différents locaux. L'invention fonctionne sur la plupart des types de revêtements de sols habituellement utilisés en architecture contemporaine.
II va de soi que l'invention ne se limite pas aux exemples ci-dessus. Des adjonctions ou des modifications constructives pourraient y être apportées sans sortir du cadre de l'invention.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1 - Paravent mobile à déploiement latéral variable comprenant un écran (2) et une colonne (4) sur pied (5) caractérisé en ce que ledit pied (5) comporte des moyens (11 ) pour le déplacer, la colonne (4) sert de logement à l'écran (2), l'écran (2) est souple et étirable à volonté, - l'écran (2) s'enroule sur un axe vertical à ressort de rappel (12) disposé dans la colonne (4), l'écran (2) comporte un côté rendu solidaire dudit axe (12) et un autre côté mobile (7) muni de moyens d'accrochage à un élément d'architecture, la distance et l'angle de développement de l'écran (2) peuvent être librement choisis, l'ensemble paravent mobile se manipule aisément d'une main.
2 - Paravent mobile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'écran (2) est adapté pour être maintenu à un élément d'architecture par deux crochets amovibles (8,9).
3 - Paravent mobile selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre de l'écran (2) comporte un élément rigide (7) dépassant en haut et en bas dudit écran.
4 - Paravent mobile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la colonne (4) comporte une fente verticale par laquelle passe l'écran (2).
5 - Paravent mobile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la colonne (4) comporte une partie ouvrante pour permettre un accès aisé à l'écran (2) et son mécanisme.
6 - Paravent mobile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de déplacement sont solidaires d'une plate-forme mobile commune.
7 - Paravent mobile selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement vertical de la plateforme est commandé par une poignée de manutention (6).
8 - Paravent mobile selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que la périphérie inférieure du pied (5) est munie d'un joint souple.
9 - Paravent mobile selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la course verticale de la plate-forme nécessite peu de degrés de rotation de la poignée de manutention (6).
