Abstract

Der innovative Baustoff besteht aus einem anfänglich zeitweise verflüssigten, selbst erhärtenden Boden-Zusätze-Gemisch aus Gesteinskörnungen, Recyclingmaterial und/oder aus Bodenaushub, das durch Zugabe von Zusatzmitteln in verflüssigter Form eingebracht und verbaut wird. Der Baustoff enthält auch einen ökologisch abbaubaren Zusatzmittel auf pflanzlichen Basis, der das Wasserrückhaltevermögen des Baustoffes beeinflusst. Der Baustoff ist insbesondere für die Gründung, Hinterfüllung oder Überschüttung von Bauwerken, Leitungs- oder Kabelschächten, für Auffüllungen, für Hohlraumverfüllungen, für Strassen, Wege und Dämme sowie für die Einbettung von Rohrleitungen, Kanälen un Kabeln geeignet. Vorteilhaft wird der Baustoff eingesetzt beim Verbauen oder Verfüllen schwer zugänglicher Bereiche im Tiefbau, wie z. B. beim komplexen Verlegen unterschiedlicher Medienleitungen in schmalen Gräben sowohl in innerstädtischen Bereichen, wo zur Minimierung der Grabenbreite und damit des Bodenaushubs die Medienleitungen im wesentlichen vertikal fluchtend oder leicht versetzt übereinander verlegt werden. Der Baustoff findet daneben Verwendung bei der Errichtung von Wällen und Dämmen, die dem Hochwasserschutz dienen.
