明 細書
扁平形空芯コイルとその製造方法
[技術分野]
本発明は、 工作機械や搬送装置に使用する産業用直動機に関し、特にリユアモータ 電機子の成形コイルとしての 2個の平形空芯コイルを並置して成る 2層扁平形空芯 コイルとその製造方法に関する。
[背景技術]
図 5はリニアモータの構成を示す正面断面図である。
図 5において、 1はリニアモータの電機子、 2はリニアモータの固定子、 3は成形 コイル、 4は永久磁石、 6は芯金、 7はエポキシ樹脂である。
図から判るように、 リユアモータの固定子 2の対向する永久磁石 4の空隙間をリニ ァモータの電機子 1は左右に移動するもので、 この電機子 1は芯金 6の上下面に成形 コイル 3を接着し、 エポキシ樹脂 7でモールドして成るものである。
その成形コイル 3は、 小形軽量化をはかり、 コイルの高占積率化のため、 扁平形の 第 1コイル 8と扁平形の第 2コイル 9とを併置して 2層扁平形空芯コイルとなって いる。そこで平角銅線の一層目コイルとこれと逆方向に卷回され並置される二層目コ ィルから成る平角,锒二重巻きの巻線方法はこれまでいくつ力知られている (例えば、 特許文献 1〜 3参照)。
図 6はその扁平形の第 1コイル 8と扁平形の第 2コイル 9とを並置して成る従来 の 2層扁平形空芯コイルの斜視図である。
図 6において、 3は成形コイル、 8は第 1コイル、 9は第 2コイル、 1 0は加熱形 自己融着平角銅線、 1 2はコイル空芯部である。
従来の 2層扁平形空芯コィルでは、図 6の成形コイル 3を加熱形自己融着平角銅線 1 0で製作する時、第 1コイル 8と第 2コイル 9のコイル側面同士が接触して互いに 傷が付くことが起こった。
図 7はコィノレ^ ί則面同士が接触した場合の状態を説明する図で、従来の加熱による二 次加工後のコイルの変形を示している。 (a ) は変形したコイルの斜視図、 (b ) はコ ィルの側面断面図、 (c ) は (b ) のコイルの一部を断面し誇張して示す拡大図であ る。
図 7 ( b ) の第 1コイル 8とこれに隣接する第 2コイル 9のコイル側面 1 1同士が に図 7 ( c ) のように傷が付くと'、 絶縁皮膜が剥離し、 第 1コイル 8と第 2コイル 9 とが電気的に短絡 (ショート) した。
また、 リニアモータ電機子 1の製作時、 エポキシ樹脂 7で全体をモールドすると二 次加熱で加熱形自己融着平角銅線 1 0の接着力が弱まり、図 6のような矩形空芯部付 き成形コイル 3が図 7 ( a ) のように膨張変形し、 外側膨張変形部 2 1と内側膨張変
形部 2 2が発生してこのときのストレスでエポキシ樹脂 7 (図 5 ) のモールドにクラ ックが発生した。
[発明の開示]
本努明は、 上記欠点を解決するためになされたもので、 コイルの電気絶縁性の向上 と加熱による熱変形防止を図り、 したがって第 1コイルと第 2コイルとがショートし ない、 またリユアモータ電機子の製作時の二次加熱でも加熱形自己融着平角銅線の接 着力が弱まらない、エポキシ樹脂 7のモールドにクラックが発生しない扁平形空芯コ ィルとその製造方法を提供することを目的としている。
上記問題を解決するために、請求項 1記載の扁平形空芯コイルの発明は、 平角銅線 の卷回された第 1コイルと該第 1コイルと逆方向に平角銅線の巻回された第 2コィ ルとを備え、前記第 1コイル; 前記第 2コイルが電気的に接続する扁平形空芯コイル において、前記第 1コイルと前記第 2コイルの間に絶縁フィルムを介挿したことを特 徴とする。
このような構成とするこどにより、前記第 1コィノレと前記第 2コィルの間に絶縁フ イルムを介挿したので、 互いの接触による損傷が無くなり、 第 1コィノレと第 2コィノレ とがショートしなくなる。 したがって、 エポキシ樹脂のモールドにクラックも発生し なくなる。
請求項 2記載の扁平形空芯コィルの製造方法の発明は、平角銅線の巻回された第 1 コイルと該第 1コイルと逆方向に平角銅線の卷回された第 2コイルとを備え、該第 1 コイルと該第 2コイルとを電気的に接続した扁平形空芯コイルにおいて、前記第 1コ ィルと前,記第 2コィルを同一材料で成る平角銅線を連続的にかつ前記第 1コィノレと 前記第 2コイルとの間に空隙を開けて巻き、その空隙間に絶縁フィルムを介挿したこ とを特徴とする。
このような構成とすることにより、 第 1コイルと第 2コイルとがショートしない、 ェポキシ樹脂のモールドにクラックも発生しない扁平形空芯コイルを簡単に製造す ることができるようになる。
請求項 3記載の発明は、 請求項 2記載の扁平形空芯コイルの製造方法において、 前 記絶縁フィルムの外周に熱硬化性接着剤を塗布したことを特徴とする。
このような構成とすることにより、 リニアモータ電機子の製作時の二次加熱でも加 熱形自己融着平角銅線の接着力が弱まらない扁平形空芯コイルを簡単に製造するこ とができるようになる。
以上述べたように、 本発明は、 第 1コイルと第 2コイルのスキマに、 熱硬化性接着 剤を両面に塗布した絶縁フィルムを挿入することにより、 コイルの電気絶縁性が向上 し、 コイルの二次加熱による変形を防止する。

以下、 本発明の実施の形態について図 1〜図 4に基づいて詳細に説明する。
図 1は平角線二重巻きコイルの卷線例.を説明する図で、 卷き始め (a ) から卷き終 わり (d ) までを示す図であり、 図 2は本 明に係る平角線二重巻きコイルの製造方 法を示す説明図であり、図 3は図 2の方法によって得られた平角線二重卷きコイルを 示す図で、 ( a ) はコイルの斜視図、 (b ) はコイルの一部を断面し、 誇張して示す拡 大図であり、 図 4は本発明に用いられる電気絶縁紙の一実施例を示す図で、 (a ) は 正面図、 (b ) は側面断面図である。
図 1において、 5 0はこの巻き取り装置の全体、 5 1は卷線を卷き取る卷線治具で、 回転軸 5 1 aを中心に角速度 co lで所定方向 (図では反時計方向) に自転している。 5 2は遊星リール、 5 2 aは巻線治具' 5 1の回転軸 5 1 aを中心に角速度 2 ω 1で公 転する遊星軸で、 ここに遊星リール 5 2が回転可能に取り付けられている。 5 3は平 角線を卷回して成るドラムで、 その回転軸 5 3 aを中心に自転する。 5 4は平角線で ある。
次に、 この平角線二重巻きの巻き方を説明する。
卷き始めの (a ) において、 卷線に必要とする平角線 5 4の長さの半分をドラム 5 3力、ら遊星リーノレ 5 2に巻き取っておく。 もう他方の平角線は切断せずにドラム 5 3 に残したまま巻線治具 5 1の下方を通過させる。そして平角線 5 4にテンションを掛 けながら、 巻線治具 5 1を回転軸 5 1 aを中心に角速度 ω 1で反時計方向に回転開始 する。 これと同時に遊星リール 5 2を角速度 2 ω 1で反時計方向に公転させる。
図 (b ) は図 (a ) の状態から巻茅泉治具 5 1を 9 0度、 遊星リール 5 2を 1 8 0度 回転させた状態を示している。遊星リール 5 2が卷線治具 5 1の角速度の 2倍の角速 度で公転するため、 卷線治具 5 1の上に 1層の卷線 5 6が半周分形成されている。 図 (c ) は図 (b ) の状態からさらに卷線治具 5 1を 9 0度、 遊星リール 5 2を 1 8 0度回転させた状態を示している。遊星リール 5 2が卷線治具 5 1の角速度の 2倍 の角速度で公転するため、卷線治具 5 1の上に 1層の卷線 5 6が 1周分形成されてい
る。
図 (d ) は図 ( c ) の状態からさらに卷線治具 5 1を多数回自転、 遊星リール 5 2 を同数回公転させた後の終了状態を示している。遊星リール 5 2が巻線治具 5 1の角 速度の 2倍の角速度で公転するため、巻線治具 5 1の上に多数回卷回された平角線巻 線 5 6と、 同じく多数回巻回された平角線卷線 5 7が形成されている。 この後、卷線 治具 5 1を抜き取れば平角線による空芯の二重卷線 (アルファ巻きとも言う。) がで きあがる。 '
なお、 図 1のようにコイルを卷いている間、 図 2 ( a ) のように、 加熱形自己融着 平角銅線 9を加熱ヒータ 1 6で加熱しながら、接着してゆくとバラケ防止をするので よい。
その際、 本発明により、 図 2 ( a ) の第 1の平角線卷線 8と第 2の平角線巻線 9と の間に 0 .. 3〜0 . .5 mmの,ロイル間スキマ 5を設けているのが特徴である。
そして、平角線巻線 5 6と平角線巻線 5 7との間に作られたコイル間スキマ 5に図 2 ( b ) のように半割り電気絶縁紙 1 7を上下より挿入し、 第 1コイル 8を図の矢印 A方向に、 また第 2コイル 9を図の矢印 B方向にスライ ドさせて、 スキマを埋める。 次に、 巻線治具 1 3をコイルより抜き取ると、 図 3 ( a ) および (b ) のような成 形コイル 3が完成する。
図 3において、 3は成形コイル、 8は第 1コイル、 9は第 2コイル、 1 7は半割電 気絶縁紙、 1 8は絶縁フィルム、 1 9は熱硬化性接着剤である。
成形コイル 3は第 1コイル 8とこれとスキマを空けて並置される第 2コイル 9と、 このスキマに挿入される絶縁フィルム 1 8から成る半割電気絶縁紙 1 7と、半割電気 絶縁紙 1 7と第 1および第 2コイルの間を接着する熱硬化性接着剤 1 9とから構成 されている。
図 4は本発明に用いられる半割電気絶縁紙 1 7の一実施例を示す図で、 (a ) は正 面図、 (b )は側面断面図である。図において、 1 7はコ字状をした半割電気絶縁紙、 1 8は半割電気絶縁紙 1 7を構成する絶縁フィルム、 1 9は熱硬化性接着剤、 2 0は コ字状の半割電気絶縁紙 1 7を 2個突き合わせた半割部 (突き合わせ部) である。 本発明の製造方法によれば、平角銅線第 1コイル 8とこれと逆方向に巻き廻された 第 2コイル 9とをスキマを置いて並置し、電気的接続する 2層扁平空芯コイルの第 1 コイル 8と第 2コイル 9のスキマに、絶縁フィルム 1 8の両面に熱硬化性接着剤 1 9 を塗布した空芯半割りの電気絶縁紙 1 7を挿入したので、 図 4 ( b ) の絶縁フィルム 1 8が電気絶縁性を高めると同時に熱硬化性接着剤 1 9がコィルの加熱による変形 を防止すること—となる。
[産業上の利用可能性]
本発明は、 特に工作機械や搬送装置に使用する産業用直動機に適用して、 コイルの 電気絶縁性の向上と加熱による熱変形防止を図り、第 1コイルと第 2コイルとがショ 一トしない、またリユアモータ電機子の製作時の二次加熱でも加熱形自己融着平角銅
線の接着力が弱まらない、エポキシ樹脂 7のモールドにクラックが発生しない扁平形 空芯コイルとその製造方法を提供する分野に利用することができる。
Claims
1 . 平角銅線の卷回ざれた第 1コイルと該第 1コイルと逆方向に平角銅線の巻回さ れた第 2コイルとを備え、前記第 1コィルと前記第 2コィルが電気的に接続する扁平 形空芯コィノレにおいて、 ,
•前記第 1コィ /レと前記第 2コィルの間に絶縁フィルムを介揷したことを特徴とす る扁平形空芯コイル。
2 . 平角銅線の卷回された第 1コイルと該第 1コイルと逆方向に平角銅線の巻回さ れた第 2コィノレとを備え、該第 1コィノレと該第 2コイルとを電気的に接続した扁平形 空芯コイルにおいて、
前記第 1コイルと前記第 2コィルを同一材料で成る平角銅線を連続的にかつ前記 第 1コイル.と前貢己第 2コイルとの間に空隙を開けて巻き、その空隙間に絶縁フィルム を介揷したことを特徴とする扁平形空芯コイルの製造方法。
3 . 前記絶縁フィルムの外周に熱硬化性接着剤を塗布したことを特徴とする請求項 2記載の扁平形空芯コィルの製造方法。
