Because of the discharge throttle 15, the pressure reduction from the control chamber 2 into the valve chamber 10 takes place mainly via the first relief channel 14, so that the pressure reduction rate is primarily determined by the discharge throttle 8 on the low-pressure side.
- valve body 9 closes the valve opening of the lower valve seat 11, as a result of which the pressure reduction from the control chamber 2 into the valve chamber 10 takes place solely via the second relief channel 16. Because of its higher throttle resistance, the pressure reduction rate is primarily determined by the discharge throttle 15 on the low-pressure side.
