Abstract

L'invention concerne une piste cyclable surélevée comprenant une multitude d'éléments de support généralement verticaux dont les extrémités inférieures sont fixées au sol, lesquels éléments sont espacés les uns des autres le long de la piste. Une multitude d'éléments de piste présentant chacun une surface supérieure essentiellement plate sont fixés aux extrémités supérieures des éléments de support de manière à n'infliger pratiquement aucun moment de flexion aux éléments de support. Les éléments de piste sont disposés bout à bout le long de la piste de telle sorte que leurs surfaces supérieures forment, ensemble, une surface essentiellement continue. Les éléments de piste sont translucides et ils présentent des éléments écrans qui s'étendent le long des deux côtés. La piste cyclable comprend également un toit ouvrant et rétractable actionné par des capteurs de pluie.
