Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine de texturation servant à texturer des fils dans plusieurs postes de traitement. Chaque poste de traitement comprend plusieurs unités de processus, un dispositif enrouleur auquel est affecté un dispositif d'aspiration pourvu d'une ouverture de réception pour emmener le fil, ainsi qu'au moins un tube de guidage servant au transport pneumatique du fil et pourvu d'un injecteur. Une ouverture de soufflage formée à l'extrémité du tube de guidage coopère avec une ouverture de réception du dispositif d'aspiration pour la première mise en place du fil dans le dispositif enrouleur. Selon l'invention, les ouvertures de soufflage du tube de guidage et l'ouverture de réception du dispositif d'aspiration sont placées à l'opposé, le tube de guidage étant déplaçable de sorte que l'ouverture de soufflage peut être maintenue dans plusieurs positions par rapport à l'ouverture de réception pour la transmission et la mise en place du fil. On obtient ainsi un guidage sûr et souple du fil pour l'embobinage et la mise en place automatiques dans le dispositif enrouleur.
