Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de purification de coupes pétrolières pour produire des carburants à faibles teneurs en composés soufrés et/ ou aromatiques. Le procédé de l'invention consiste à soumettre simultanément une coupe pétrolière à une distillation en au moins deux zones, l'une étant une zone (2) de distillation extractive et l'autre (3) étant une zone de distillation conventionnelle, pour produire : un raffinat, désulfuré et dé-aromatisé, un premier distillat provenant de la zone (2) de distillation extractive, appelé distillat d'extraction, contenant le solvant, la majorité des composés aromatiques et une partie des composés soufrés, un second distillat provenant de la zone (3) de distillation conventionnelle, appelé distillat conventionnel, contenant l'autre partie des composés soufrés. L'invention trouve son application dans les raffineries de pétrole pour produire des carburants qui satisfont aux règles en matière d'environnement en vigueur dans de nombreux pays.
