Abstract

Beschrieben wird ein optoelektronisches Bauelement mit elektrisch leitfähigem organischem Material und mit wenigstens zwei voneinander beabstandet angeordneten Streifenelektroden, die ein Streifenelektroden-Paar bilden und zwischen denen wenigstens eine Schicht des elektrisch leitfähigen organischen Materials vorgesehen ist. Ferner wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Bauelementes beschrieben. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass mehr als zwei voneinander beabstandet, stapelförmig angeordnete Streifenelektroden derart angeordnet sind, dass die Streifenelektroden wenigstens zwei Streifenelektroden-Paare bilden, zwischen deren Streifenelektroden jeweils die wenigstens eine Schicht des elektrisch leitfähigen organischen Materials vorgesehen ist.
