Abstract

Es werden eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur Innenbeschichtung von Hohlräumen (36) an Werkstücken (34) durch thermisches Spritzen angegeben, mit einem Brenner (24) zum Spritzen eines Beschichtungswerkstoffes, wobei der Brenner (24) an einer Positioniereinrichtung (22) zumindest in einer Richtung positionierbar aufgenommen ist, mit einem rotierend antreibbaren Drehteller (14), auf dem eine Werkstückaufnahme (40) für ein Werkstück (34) vorgesehen ist, die mittels einer Führungseinrichtung (32) relativ zum Brenner (24) positionierbar ist. Die Führungseinrichtung (32) weist mindestens eine erste Linearführung (42, 43) mit einer ersten Antriebseinrichtung zur Positionierung der Werkstückaufnahme (40) auf, sowie mindestens eine zweite Linearführung (44, 45) mit einer zweiten Antriebseinrichtung zur Positionierung eines Ausgleichsgewichtes (46, 47). Dabei sind die erste und die zweite Antriebseinrichtung (48, 49, 50, 51) in entgegengesetzter Richtung angetrieben, wodurch ein ständiger Massenausgleich bei Verschiebung des Werkstückes gewährleistet ist. Um ein ständige Abfuhr von Overspray zu gewährleisten, weist der Drehteller (14) im Bereich seiner Rotationsachse eine Öffnung (17) auf, der eine Absaugeinrichtung (38) zugeordnet sein kann.
