Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Solarzelle, die auf einer unebenen, gekrümmten Oberfläche (31), insbesondere eines Fahrzeugbauteils (3), ausgebildet ist, wobei die Solarzelle direkt auf der Oberfläche abgeschieden oder aufgewachsen ist. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Solarzelle, wobei die Solarzelle direkt auf einer unebenen, gekrümmten Oberfläche (31), insbesondere eines Fahrzeugbauteils (3), abgeschieden wird, wobei wenigstens eine Schicht (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) der in Schichten aufgebauten Solarzelle wenigstens teilweise aus Nanopartikeln hergestellt wird, die auf die gekrümmte Oberfläche zur Bildung der Schicht aufgebracht werden.
