Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'entraînement électrique destiné à un véhicule comportant une roue motrice logée directement ou indirectement de façon rotative sur le châssis du véhicule. Ledit système comporte une unité de transmission de force composée d'un axe de roue, d'un palier de roue et d'un moyen de roue, un entraînement électrique pourvu d'un moteur électrique, et une unité de commande reliée électriquement au moteur électrique et présentant une connexion vers une unité d'alimentation électrique et vers un actionneur. L'invention vise à équiper un véhicule, de façon simple et économique, d'un système d'entraînement à faible consommation d'énergie et émissions sonores et polluantes nulles. A cet effet, ledit système d'entraînement électrique, comportant l'entraînement électrique en tant que moteur électrique, est conçu de manière que le moteur électrique contient l'intégralité de l'unité de transmission de force, le stator dudit moteur est relié directement ou indirectement au châssis du véhicule, le rotor dudit moteur, représentant le moyeu de roue, est relié à la roue d'entraînement, et le palier du rotor représente le palier de la roue d'entraînement.
