Abstract

The invention relates to a fabric-restoring brush comprising two parts, namely: a standard handle (1) and a front support (2) having a relatively flat surface. The majority of the aforementioned flat surface comprises a fabric (3) combining a base, which is made from a laminar layer of fine grain abrasive material (4), and projecting elements (5), which are preferably made from synthetic resin or rubber and which are evenly distributed in any configuration, defining therebetween an intermediate space (6) for storing the extracted residue.

Description

OF THE INVENTION The invention now advocated consists of a tissue restorative brush, among the manual means of removing dust, lint and loose or tangled fibers in the tissues.
This invention is characterized by a special construction of the brush based on a housing, with a handle and support of a fabric formed by a fine-grained abrasive bottom and synthetic or rubber resin bumps. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Fabric restorative brushes are widely known, especially in the dry cleaning industrial sector, even when their domestic use is being extended.
There are simple construction brushes that have problems cleaning the accumulated deposits or that cause effects similar to those that are intended to be rectified, such as the partial extraction of new fibers, during the collection passes of those produced in the dry cleaning operation , ending with the formation of the typical superficial balls that denote the misuse, the aging of the tissue or that present the low quality aspect of the tissue in question.
There are other motorized finishes, among which the construction of the applicant himself stands out, also known as: "Fabric restorative brush", application number 9800831, provided with centrifugal propellers, followed by a filter and connected to others of type centripetal, arranged inside a suction chamber, powered by an electric motor and by means of a battery.
The applicant is unaware of the existence of a manual brush, not motorized, of constructive simplicity and with the extraordinary facilities for cleaning what is now described.
OF THE INVENTION The invention object of the present specification refers to a tissue restorative brush, among the different manual means of eliminating dust, lint, as well as loose fibers or those entangled in tissues, including those generated and from different tissue cleaning methods.
This invention features a special construction of the brush based on having two basic parts in a housing, the first being a conventional handle and the other, in external extension, which acts as a front support, more or less flat, of a fabric formed by a combination of a bottom of fine-grained abrasive material, deposited in a laminar layer and by any conventional procedure and, protruding from it, synthetic resin or rubber extrusions, regularly distributed and in any configuration, either in rows and columns, either to tresbolillo or any other construction.
The protuberances prevent the direct contact of the fabric with the abrasive bottom, thereby avoiding the natural dragging that becomes the explained problem of re-defibrating the tissue during the cleaning operation.
In addition to this minimization of tissue rubbing, the distance between the enveloping surface of the protuberances and the fine abrasive layer determines an intermediate space for storing the aforementioned residue, which facilitates not only the retention thereof but also, which facilitates the subsequent separation when the manual scrubbing operation is completed, thing which does not happen with conventional bristle or sailboat brushes.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOSDESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
