L'invention concerne une brosse pourvue d'une carcasse avec deux pièces, un manche (1) classique et un support frontal (2), présentant une surface relativement plate et incorporant dans la majeure partie de celle-ci un tissu (3) formé d'une combinaison d'un fond de matériau abrasif (4) au grain fin, déposé en couche laminaire, et de protubérances (5), de préférence faites de résine synthétique ou en caoutchouc, régulièrement distribuées et définissant, dans n'importe quelle configuration de celles-ci, un espace intermédiaire (6) de stockage du résidu extrait.
