Abstract

The invention relates to an ecological device for cleaning and drying footwear, which is used in particular for drying footwear during precipitation weather and for cleaning the sole thereof by removing the mud or other substances or chemical residues. According to the invention, the device comprises: a. a drying system with two fans () with heating resistors which generate a hot air flow guided, by means of a trough (), as close as possible to the footwear, b. a system with an endless belt-like hard brush () equipped with rollers () cleaning the sole of the footwear and two proximity sensors () used upon the automatic and independent starting of the two systems, an electric motor () for driving the rollers (), a system () for cleaning the endless belt-like brush () located on the lower branch and a container () for storing the resulting impurities.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a device for cleaning and drying shoes used for journeys during periods of rain or rain, on asphalted or unpaved roads. At the same time, the device is used for cleaning and drying the footwear that comes into contact, through the sole or body of the footwear, with various chemical substances or residues and / or mixtures of different chemical compositions. In these conditions, the water from the shoes and / or the mud deposited on the shoes leaves traces of water and dirt if the person using the footwear enters the premises of a house or institution. With this device, the earth is removed from the shoes and, at the same time, the footwear is dry without the person having to be barefoot.

The big problem arises especially during periods of heavy rain or melting snow. All the water on the shoes flows into the rooms, leaving traces of water, creating misery and frustration in institutions but also at home. There are multiple footwear cleaning devices, but there are no special devices intended for shoe drying.

Patents that are closest to the subject of patent applications are the following: US 3938218; US 3226750 U; US 3737942; US 4233707; US 3048867; A. These patents are generally related to the subject matter, but they are different either in concept or in embodiment.

There is a high pressure air device blown through a nozzle in order to remove dirt from the golf boots conventionally. With this device, the earth is removed by the pressure of the air blown by a user-controlled nozzle, but the distant earth is scattered everywhere. In this respect, although the subject used is different, US Patent No. 3938218 is provided with a nozzle for removing the pressurized air to remove a dirt. In the category of common footwear cleaning devices, there are many devices, such as US Patent No. 3737942, 4233707 and 3048867. In these devices, the brushes are rotated to come into contact with the shoe in order to remove the glued earth. The soil removed from the shoes can be collected by a vacuum force and air can be blown to clean the upper part of the shoe. Furthermore, a hot air device can be used to dry the shoe.

When using brushes to remove soil, as the soil may stick to the brushes, brushes should be cleaned frequently. Especially when a large amount of soil can be stuck on the striations, if it is removed with brushes, the brushes should be cleaned frequently. In addition, conventional cleaning devices cannot easily remove chemicals that stick to your shoes.

Other constructive variants of devices that use cleaning brushes exist and are sold in different hotels. An example would be the constructive version with timed sensor electric drive, also equipped with a filtration system. It has the following component elements: 4 brushes for sole cleaning, 2 side cleaning brushes, 1 upper cleaning brush.

There is also a range of shoe polishers such as shoe cleaner and polish with sensor and timer.

Another variant of the luxury device for cleaning and polishing the existing shoes is equipped with timer or with electric sensor sensor, timed.

None of the devices presented above are intended for drying wet shoes. All have cleaning methods only for dry shoes.

In view of the above, the present invention has been made and one of the objects of the invention is to provide a shoe-drying device that can effectively remove water and to dry the sole, a device whose operation is based on the use of hot air blown through a nozzle and the use of mechanical equipment for cleaning the footwear, especially on the sole.

The invention has the following advantages:

the person wearing the footwear has the opportunity to dry and clean the footwear, especially on the sole, when he / she intends to enter an enclosure that has normal or special conditions of use;

- drying and cleaning the footwear, especially on the sole, reduces dirt in the accessed rooms;

the cost of maintenance and various repairs is low;

- maintenance of the device does not require qualified personnel; the construction is simple and the production costs are low.

The ecological device according to the invention comprises two fans with thermal resistance (1) incorporated INTR-0 CARCASA 2, which produce the flow of hot air directed through ONE CHANNELS (3) ORIENTED TO SHOES.
