L'invention concerne un appareil intermédiaire servant d'intermédiaire entre un magasin, un client de ce magasin, et une personne qui a présenté ce magasin au client, au moyen d'un réseau de communication. Cet appareil comprend une section de sélection de la personne qui présente le magasin permettant au client de sélectionner la personne qui présente le magasin par l'intermédiaire du terminal du client, une section de réception de notification destinée à recevoir une notification de décision d'achat avertissant que le client a décidé d'acheter une marchandise ou un service du magasin à partir du terminal de la personne qui a présenté le magasin, une section de facturation de dépôt destinée à facturer au client un dépôt lors de la réception de la notification de décision d'achat, une section de réception d'informations de pénalité destinée à acquérir des informations de rupture de client indiquant si le client a rompu le contrat établi entre ce client et la personne qui a présenté le magasin du terminal de la personne qui a présenté le magasin, et une section de règlement des ruptures destinée à traiter la remise d'une partie du dépôt au magasin à condition qu'il y ait acquisition d'informations de rupture indiquant que le client a rompu le contrat.
