Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Leuchtdiode (LED) und eine Lichtquelle umfassend eine Mehrzahl von Leuchtdioden zur homogenen Ausleuchtung von Flächen mit parallel verlau­fenden Lichtstrahlen. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe, eine LED sowie eine eine Mehrzahl von LED's umfassende Lichtquelle zur Verfügung zu stellen, welche eine homo­gene Ausleuchtung von Flächen mit parallel verlaufenden Lichtstrahlen ermöglichen, durch eine LED (1) gelöst, de­ren Linsenkörper (2) eine Fresnellinse (3) zur Abstrah­lung von Lichtstrahlen mit parallelem Strahlengang auf­weist und in der Fresnellinse (3) Totalreflektionsflä­chen (5) vorgesehen sind.
