Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Kultivierung von Gewebezellen. Gemäß der Erfindung werden die Gewebezellen in einem Kulturbereich kultiviert, wobei die Gewebezellen von einem Nährmedium in dünner Schicht überströmt werden. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren eignet sich vor allem zur Vermehrung von implantierbaren Zellen wie Haut- oder Knochengewebszellen sowie von Knorpel- und Gefäßzellen. Darüber hinaus eignet sich das Verfahren zur Gewinnung implantierbarer Knorpel- oder Knochenkonstrukte.
