Abstract

L'invention concerne un composé métallique supporté contenant un support solide auquel sont greffés au moins deux types d'atomes métalliques, Me. Un de ces atomes est greffé sous une forme (A) de composé métallique, dans laquelle l'atome métallique est lié à au moins un atome d'hydrogène et/ou à au moins un hydrocarbure, et l'autre atome est greffé sous une forme (B) de composé métallique, dans laquelle l'atome métallique est lié seulement au support et facultativement à au moins un autre élément qui n'est ni un atome d'hydrogène ni un radical hydrocarbure. Le composé selon l'invention peut être préparé: (a) par greffage d'un précurseur (P) organométallique contenant le métal Me, lié à au moins un ligand hydrocarboné, au support solide; et (b) par traitement du produit solide résultant de l'étape (a) au moyen d'hydrogène ou d'un agent réducteur, à une température supérieure à la température T1 à laquelle le composé métallique supporté est formé seulement sous la forme (A), et à une température inférieure à la température T2 à laquelle le composé métallique supporté est formé seulement sous la forme (B). Ce composé peut être utilisé en particulier en tant que catalyseur, dans un processus mettant en oeuvre la séparation d'hydrocarbures et des réactions de recombinaison, dans une réaction de métathèse d'hydrocarbures par exemple, l'activité catalytique de ce composé étant nettement améliorée, comparée à celle d'un composé métallique supporté identique qui comporte uniquement la forme (A), la forme (B) étant inactive dans ce type de réaction.
