Abstract

Vorgeschlagen wird ein Verfahren und eine Anlage, bei der Bier wenigstens einer Behandlung unterzogen wird, beispielsweise durch Ausfrieren von Wasser auf konzentriert wird. Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass in einer Behand­lungsphase kontinuierlich wenigstens ein Bierstrom aus einem Biertank (10) abgezogen wird, dieser Bierstrom der Behandlung unterzogen wird und dann in den Biertank (10) zurückgegeben wird, wobei die Behandlungsphase dann beendet wird, wenn das Bier im Tank (10) einen Soll-Behand­lungszustand erreicht hat. Alternativ oder zusätzlich wird vorgeschlagen, dass ein/der Bierstrom der Behandlung im strömenden Zustand des Bier­stroms unterzogen wird.
