Abstract

Dispositif de filtration, en particulier pour des cassettes à membrane de grand format destinées à être disposées sur une face d'une plaque de répartition qui comporte un raccord d'alimentation pour un milieu à filtrer, un raccord de rétentat pour du rétentat à évacuer et au moins un raccord de filtrat pour un filtrat à évacuer. Ledit dispositif comporte également un moyen de retenue et une plaque de serrage. Selon la présente invention, la plaque de répartition est conçue sous forme de plaque plane à la face inférieure, éloignée des cassettes à membrane, de laquelle le raccord de filtration est raccordé par l'intermédiaire d'un corps de raccordement. Le corps de raccordement, qui possède une conduite, est relié à des trous de conduite ménagés dans la plaque de répartition, transversalement par rapport à cette dernière, lesdits trous de conduite correspondant à des orifices de conduite des cassettes à membrane. La présente invention concerne également des procédés de filtration, en particulier à l'aide de cassettes à membrane de grand format qui sont placées entre une plaque de serrage et une plaque verticale pourvue d'une conduite pour le liquide d'alimentation et d'une conduite pour du rétentat. Le liquide d'alimentation est introduit dans la conduite à partir de ses extrémités opposées via deux raccords et le rétentat est évacué via deux raccords opposés de la conduite.
