Abstract
L'invention concerne un ensemble puce qui comprend une puce (20) présentant une face avant (21) et une face arrière (22), dans la face avant de laquelle est réalisé au moins un composant intégré et qui présente, sur ou dans sa face avant, des zones de contact (23) pour la mise en contact du composant intégré, ainsi que des éléments de matériau de contact (24) en matériau de contact qui s'étendent dans des logements de matériau (29) entre les zones de contact (23) et des points de contact (26) sur la face arrière de la puce. L'ensemble puce selon l'invention comprend également un substrat (10) qui a une face de contact (11) sur laquelle sont réalisées des surfaces de contact (12) pour la définition d'une topologie de surfaces de contact. Selon l'invention, la puce est placée sur le substrat de sorte que sa face arrière (22) se situe sur la face de contact (11) du substrat (10) et les surfaces de contact (12) viennent se placer en face des points de contact (26) en créant une liaison électrique.
