Abstract

L'invention concerne le domaine des constructions mécaniques, en particulier les régulateurs de freinage, et elle peut être utilisée dans des dispositifs de freinage de véhicules de transport à entraînement pneumatique et à desserrage à came de sabots. Ce régulateur de freinage comprend un corps et, disposées à l'intérieur dudit corps, une transmission à vis sans fin enclenchant une roue à vis sans fin et une vis sans fin, et une transmission à vis dont la roue à engrenage est disposée coaxialement à la vis sans fin de la transmission à vis sans fin, raccordée cinématiquement à celle-ci par l'intermédiaire d'un fixateur à ressort, et dont le déplacement axial est empêché au moyen d'un manchon à filetage, ainsi qu'un élément de commande du fixateur, disposé dans ledit manchon, sous forme de tige cylindrique, relié au fixateur de sorte à lui transmettre un mouvement rotatoire. Des encoches trapézoïdales sont formées sur les extrémités opposées de la vis sans fin de la transmission à vis sans fin et de la roue à engrenage de la transmission à vis. Ces encoches sont ouvertes du côté de la base la plus grande et leurs surfaces latérales sont inclinées par rapport à l'axe de la vis sans fin, selon un angle supérieur à l'angle de frottement. Au moins deux tourillons sont disposés sur le fixateur. Ce dernier est monté de sorte que lesdits tourillons sont disposés dans les encoches de la vis sans fin et de la roue à engrenage.
