Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zur direkten galvanischen Aufbringung von Kontaktschichten auf elektrokeramische Bauelemente (1) vorgeschlagen. Dabei wird durch mechanische und chemische Behandlung von zu galvanisierenden Bereichen (3) eines elektrokeramischen Bauelements (1), dessen nicht zu galvanisierende Bereiche eventuell vorher mit einer Passivierungsschicht (2) versehen wurden, die Haftfestigkeit der Kontaktschichten auf den zu galvanisierenden Bereichen (3) erhöht. Die chemische und mechanische Behandlung besteht aus einem chemischen Bad (15) einer phosphorsauren, wässrigen Lösung und darin befindlichen Schleifkörpern (5), die auf die elektrokeramischen Bauelemente einwirken.
