Abstract

Die bisher bekannten Verfahren zur Erzeugung einer Ausgangsspannung weisen eine hohe Betriebsstromaufnahme auf. Mit dem neuen Verfahren wird eine Ausgangsspannung erzeugt, indem eine initialisierbare Stromquelle, die von einer Initialisierungseinheit in einen stromführenden Zustand überführt wird, ein spannungsbegrenzendes Element bestromt. Hierdurch lässt sich bei einem grossen Versorgungsspannungsbereich eine kleine Betriebsstromaufnahme erzielen.
