Abstract

L'invention concerne un instrument compact pouvant fonctionner comme un fluorimètre en régime permanent ou comme un fluoromètre à phase, et pouvant par conséquent mesurer l'intensité de fluorescence en régime permanent et la durée de vie de la fluorescence à partir d'un échantillon de fluorescence. La source lumineuse fournit quatre longueurs d'ondes d'excitation générées par des diodes électroluminescentes (DEL) et pouvant être sélectionnées par l'utilisateur, et comprend un élément d'auto-étalonnage ainsi qu'un moyen permettant de compenser des erreurs de mesure de phase causées par la diaphonie phase-amplitude dans les appareils électroniques de détection.
