Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de déterminer une dimension dans un moteur. L'application d'une analyse de Fourier permet d'obtenir une séquence de termes. La cinquième harmonique étant le terme le moins voulu, la minimisation de ce terme de cinquième harmonique permet d'obtenir une forme d'onde résultante plus proche d'une onde sinusoïdale. Sur la base de ce qui précède, on détermine un angle δ (22), dans lequel le terme de la cinquième harmonique de la séquence de termes est minimisé. Un moteur électrique présente un rotor (26) et un ensemble de fentes sur ladite surface (36) du rotor, présentant un ensemble d'aimants (46) de largeur δ (22) le long de la circonférence (30) de ladite surface (36) du rotor. La largeur δ (22) est déterminée par un procédé consistant à appliquer une analyse de Fourier permettant d'obtenir une séquence de termes. La cinquième harmonique étant le terme le moins voulu, la minimisation du terme de la cinquième harmonique permet d'obtenir une forme d'onde résultante plus proche d'une onde sinusoïdale. Sur la base de ce qui précède, on détermine un angle δ (22), le terme de la cinquième harmonique de la séquence de termes étant minimisé.
