Abstract

L'invention concerne un ADN codant pour une protéine de fusion dans lequel un peptide initial (leader) comprenant un ou plusieurs restes d'acides aminés du N-terminus d'une protéine de la paroi cellulaire (CWP) d'un bacille, une séquence d'acides aminés (clivage) destinée à être utilisée dans le clivage enzymatique et une séquence d'acides aminés (GH) de l'hormone de croissance, un fragment, un variant ou un analogue fonctionnel de celui-ci sont ligaturés de manière appropriée au nH comprenant un nombre multiple de restes His et une séquence de liaison (séquence de liaison). L'invention concerne également un autre ADN contenant une séquence d'ADN permettant l'expression de l'ADN mentionné ci-dessus, un vecteur contenant cet ADN permettant l'expression, des cellules hôtes contenant ce vecteur et un procédé de production d'une hormone de croissance de recombinaison à l'aide desdites cellules hôtes.
