Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Piezomotor mit mindestens einem piezoelektrischen Bauelement, das in monolithischer Vielschichtbauweise aus einem Stapel aus mindestens zwei Keramikschichten (4) und jeweils einer zwischen zwei keramikschichten angeordneten Elektrodenschicht (1) gefertigt ist, wobei die Elektrodenschicht Kupter enthält.
