电加热熏蒸器 技术领域 本发明涉及一种电加热熏蒸器,尤其涉及用于熏蒸药剂如杀虫 剂、 杀菌剂、 室内芳香剂和 /或除臭剂的电加热熏蒸器。 背景技术 现有技术中已公开了许多种类型的电加热熏蒸器。 目前普遍使用 的电加热熏蒸灭蚊器, 其加热板的温度约为 160-180Ό , —般是在大 约 6-8小时内通 it^热释放药片上的小于 150亳克(一般为几十亳克) 的拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂, 以实现熏蒸驱蚊虫的目的。 在另一种普遍使 用的用于熏蒸药液的电加热液体蒸发器、 例如在中国专利文献 CN88211435中公开的液体蒸发器中,其加热温度在 90- 17 (TC之间,也 是在大约一夜之内, 将瓶中药液蒸发到相对封闭的空间里。 另外, 在德国专利文献 GB 1 601 095 A 中公开了一种电加热熏 蒸器, 它将驱虫剂与多孔的无机材料一起挤压成型, 即将驱虫剂分布 到多孔载体上, 从而增大了挥发面积, 通过上升的加热空气流将含有 拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的多孔药剂加热到 200-430°C, 以迅速挥发活性 成分。 中国专利文献 CN99248238. 0公开了一种电加热熏蒸器,它包括活 动的内杯、 带有加热组件的中杯以及中杯座和外壳, 内杯直接与嵌在 该中杯中的加热组件接触, 可以将加热杯内的农药加热到 200- 350°C 温度, 以蒸发农药, 使农药在密闭的空间里, 在相对短的时间里达到 相对高的浓度, 从而实现优异的熏蒸效果。 但是, 上述电加热熏蒸器, 在所述的相对低的温度下, 不可能实 现在短时间内将药剂快速蒸发, 在一些相对大的空间例如仓库、 温室 大棚等实际上无法使用, 而且一些药剂例如部分农药品种在低于 200 °C下未达到挥发点, 因而不能迅速获得所需的防治病虫害的效果。 而 且在相对高的加热温度下, 在电绝缘、 隔热等技术与安全性等方面的 性能仍不能令人满意。 因此, 仍需要一种加热温度高、 可在相对短的 时间内大投药量、 杀灭多种害虫以及能够迅速达到相对高的药剂浓 度, 从而实现优异的熏蒸效果的电器性能安全的电加热熏蒸器。 发明内容 本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术缺陷, 提供一种具有更好的 隔热与绝缘效果的电加热熏蒸器, 从而使其可以达到更高加热温度、 并在短时间内大量加热释放药剂, 且电器性能安全、 稳定。 具体地说,本发明提供一种加热温度在 200°C以上,例如 200- 500 °C高温的电加热熏蒸器, 包括一个底座和一个机壳盖和以及安装在底 座之上的一个发热体支架,在发热体支架中装有发热体,其特征在于, 发热体支架上设有隔热层, 发热体经隔热层嵌入发热体支架中间, 且 该支架的底部固定在熏蒸器底座上。 在另一优选的实施方案中, 所述的发热体支架的内部及夕卜侧分别 具有内隔热层和外隔热层, 发热体经内隔热层嵌入在发热体支架中 间, 发热体支架的上部经外隔热层与熏蒸器机壳盖相接触。 在另一优选的实施方案中, 发热体支架为中空的, 内装散热装置 例如风扇, 发热体支架上部开有朝向发热体的出风孔, 可保证风顺畅 的吹到发热体上, 促使药剂向上发散。 本发明电加热熏蒸器中, 采用发热体直接与隔热层接触的结构, 防止熏蒸器内部和外壳温度过高。 隔热层采用的材料为聚四乙烯、 硅 橡胶或陶瓷, 发热体支架采用材料为金属。 本发明电加热熏蒸器中, 还可以包括机壳盖、 上盖、 罩体、 过滤 网、 变压器、 定时器、 电路板、 指示灯、 定时器旋钮等组件。 在具体的设计方案中, 就本发明电加热黨蒸器整机而言, 固定在 底座上发热体支架可将熏蒸器隔划成两个舱室, 其一是加热隔热舱, 固定有散热装置如风扇、 内隔热层、发热体、发热体支架和外隔热层。 另一个是控制抢室, 内部安装有电路板、 变压器、 控制时间和电源开 关的定时器, 底面接电源线。 发热体导线穿过内隔热层的导线孔连接 在电路板上, 散热装置如风扇的导线连接在变压器上, 电源线和定时 器直接连接在电路板上, 电路板固定在熏蒸器底座上, 变压器的导线 与电路板相连。 机壳盖安置在底座上, 任选的过滤网置于底座与机壳盖之间, 机 壳盖上任选有一与之相连的罩体, 优选为透明罩体, 该罩体上还可任 选有一透明上盖, 它在工作状态时取下, 在非工作状态时, 盖在罩体 上。 机壳盖侧面安装控制时间和电源开关的定时器, 并有指示灯指示 工作状态。 本发明电加热熏蒸器中, 发热体通过内隔热层嵌入发热体支架 上, 发热体支架内在一侧面安装散热装置如风扇, 发热体支架上面开 有多个出风孔, 保证风扇的风顺畅地吹到发热体上。 附图说明 图 1是本发明电加热熏蒸器的一个竖向剖视图, 是出其中的隔热 结构; 图 2是本发明电加热熏蒸器的一个侧面剖视图; 图 3是本发明电加热熏蒸器的安装分解图; 图 4是本发明电加热熏蒸器的电路方框图。 具体实施方式 下面结合附图, 详细描述本发明的优选实施方式。 参见附图, 其中图 1是本发明电加热熏蒸器 100的隔热结构剖面 示意图,而图 2是本发明电加热熏蒸器 100的侧剖视图。 由图中可见, 电加热熏蒸器 100包括一个底座 9和一个机壳盖 12 , 机壳盖 12可以 替换页(细则第 26条) 通过螺栓或其他^ P的方式(未示出)安 底座 9上, 从而形成内 部舱室。 在内部舱室中, 一个发热体支架 3设置在底座 9上, 从而将 本发明的电加热熏蒸器 100的内部舱室分为两个抢室: 其一是加热隔 热舱, 如图 1所示, 其中固定有风扇 6、 内隔热环 2、 发热体 1, 发热 体支架 3和外隔热环 5。 另一个是隔热舱室, 如图 2所示, 内部安装 有电路板 15、 变压器 16, 在隔热舱室侧上方的机壳盖 12之上安装有 控制时间和电源开关的定时器 14, 在其底面上接电源线 17, 并有指 示灯 11指示工作状态。 过滤网 7安装在底座 9与机壳盖 12之间, 一 个透明罩体 10安装在机壳盖 12之上, 在罩体 10上方可以有一透明 上盖 8, 在工作状态时取下上盖 8, 在非工作状态时, 上盖 8盖在透 明罩体 10上。 在本发明的电加热熏蒸器 100中, 隔热结构采用作为内隔热层的 内隔热环 2、 发热体支架 3和作为外隔热层的外隔热环 5的结构组成 形式。 发热体 1通过内隔热环 2固定在发热体支架 3之中, 外隔热环 5 固定在发热体支架的外侧, 发热体支架 3 内一侧装有风扇 6, 任选 在风扇 6的外侧有一过滤网 7, 发热体支架 3上方留有朝向发热体 1 的多个出风孔 4, 可保证风扇的风顺畅地吹到发热体 1上, 其中孔的 数量以及形状不受限制。发热体 1通过隔热环固定在发热体支架 3上, 发热体 1的导线穿过隔热结构的导线孔连接在电路板 15上(未示出), 风扇 6的导线连接在变压器 16上, 电源线 17和定时器 14直接连接 在电路板 15上, 电路板 15 固定在底座 9上, 变压器 16的导线与电 路板 15 相连。 由于以上各种连接关系均采用常规手段, 是普通技术 人员公知的常识, 在此就不再详细描述。 隔热结构可以采用单层, 也可以使用多层隔热体, 优选两层以上 的隔热体。 发热体支架 3为空心的, 优选地其内可以加入散热装置, 例如轴流风机或微型风扇 隔热材料可以选择各种在高温下不会熔化 的材料, 内隔热环 2和外隔热环 5优选采用例如聚四氟乙烯、 硅橡胶 或陶瓷等隔热材料, 特别优选硅橡胶。 发热体支架 3可以采用各种耐 热橡胶、 陶瓷, 特别是钢、 铝合金等金属材料。 在本文申请中术语 "发热体" 是指通过电流进行加热的元器件。 可选用功率大于 10W的各种发热体。 电流可以是直流电或交流电。 优 选交流供电且功率大于 50W的电加热发热体, 特别优选盛药容器与发 热体加工成一体的加热杯。 例如发热体 1 可以是电阻丝加热体、 PTC 以及可以从市场上买到的盛药容器与发热体加工成一体的加热杯。 在本申请中术语 "发热体支架" 是指作来支撑发热体、 并将其与 熏蒸加热器座体结合的结构体。 该发热体支架 3在一般情况下是与底 座 9分离的结构体, 在特别的情况下, 例如当采用与底座 9相同的材 料时, 它也可以与底座 9模塑成一体。 发热体支架 3的形状不是关键 的, 只要它能达到支撑发热体 1, 并达到发热体 1与底座 9隔离, 防 止熏蒸器内部和外壳温度过高目的即可。 发热体支架 3为各种耐热橡 胶、 陶瓷, 特别是不锈钢、 铝合金等金属材料。 底座 9下部可以设有多个开口以及便于平稳放置的支脚。 底座 9 可以加工成各种形状, 只要它有利于放置发热体支架 3等内置组件即 可。 在本发明的电加热熏蒸器 100中, 发热体 1本身即可以是盛放熏 蒸用的药片或药液的容器, 发热体为浅碟或浅杯形, 可以盛放药片, 它也可以设计成各种不同的形状。 本发明通过图 3所示的控制电路控制加热时间和风扇的转动。 外 部电源通过定时器 14 分成两路, 一路给发热体供电, 一路由变压器 变压后经整流和滤波给风扇供电。 对于在本发明中所采用的各种电气元件例如变压器 16、 定时器 14、 电路板 15 以及其它元器件, 均为现有技术, 本领域技术人员可 以按照所设计电加热熏蒸器的需要, 根据本领域一般技术常识或在一 般性试验的基础上, 选用市场上已有的产品。 本发明的电加热熏蒸器适合在家居、 宾馆、 饭店等场所中防治卫 生害虫和病菌。 本发明的电加热熏蒸器, 可以迅速地将发热体内的药剂加热到 200。C以上的温度, 例如 200-500°C , 使黨蒸剂快速蒸发, 其活性成分 是在发热体的高温作用下, 挥发成气体, 并在短时间内弥漫于空中, 渗透密闭空间的各个角落和缝隙。 因此, 它可以省时、 省力、 简单、 干净且无污染地防治各种害虫。 对于蟑螂, 所用的药剂量一般而言是 10- 80mg/m3, 优选为 40-60mg/m3; 对于飞行昆虫如蚊子, 所用的药剂 量一般而言是 3-20mg/m3, 优选为 5-10mg/m3; 对于苍蝇, 所用的药剂 量一般而言是 5-30 mg/m3, 优选为 10-15 mg/m3。 与现有技术相比, 本发明能够更迅速地挥发熏蒸剂活性成分, 使 活性成分蒸汽以高浓度迅速 、漫整个空间, 渗透入密闭空间的各个角 落和缝隙。 活性成分以极微小的粒子与害虫接触, 迅速击倒害虫并致 死。 本发明的电加热熏蒸器的工作过程及原理。 首先才艮据房间面积和 杀虫种类, 将药剂倒入发热体 1中, 接通电源, 旋动定时旋纽 14, 指 示灯 11发亮, 发热体 1开始发热, 并迅速达到 200°C以上的温度。 熏 蒸剂在不同的温度点开始挥发, 并使密闭空间的熏蒸剂浓度快速提 高,从而杀灭蚊虫、苍蝇和蟑螂。 达到设定的时间后, 自动切断电源。 实施例 1:熏蒸器内、 外部温度测试试验 熏蒸器通电半小时, 使用电子温度计测量发热体、 熏蒸器机壳内 定时器、 电路板和机壳盖外表面温度, 外表面选定 5个点分别测量。

以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式。 应当指出, 对于本领域 的技术人员而言, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干变 型和改进, 这些也应视为属于本发明之保护范围。

Claims

权利 要 求
1.一种电加热熏蒸器( 100 ), 包括一个底座( 9 )和一个机壳盖 ( 2 )、 以及一个安装在底座( 9 )之上的发热体支架( 3 ), 在发热体 支架(3) 中装有一个发热体(1), 其特征在于, 发热体支架(3)上 设有隔热层 (2, 5), 发热体(1)经隔热层(2, 5)嵌入发热体支架 (3) 中间, 且该支架(3)的底部固定在熏蒸器底座(9)上。
2.根据权利要求 1的电加热熏蒸器(100), 其特征在于, 所述的 发热体支架( 3 )的内部及外侧分别具有内隔热层( 2 )和外隔热层( 5 ), 发热体( 1 )经内隔热层( 2 )嵌入在发热体支架( 3 ) 中间, 发热体 支架(3)的上部经外隔热层(5)与熏蒸器机壳盖(2)相接触。
3.根据权利要求 1或 2的电加热熏蒸器( 100 ), 其特征在于, 发 热体支架(3)为中空的, 内装散热装置(6), 发热体支架(3)上部 开有朝向发热体的出风孔(7)。
4.根据权利要求 1或 2的电加热熏蒸器( 100 ), 其特征在于, 隔 热层(2, 5)采用的材料为聚四乙烯、硅橡胶或陶瓷,发热体支架(3) 采用材料为金属。
5.根据权利要求 3的电加热熏蒸器(100), 其特征在于, 隔热层 (2, 5)采用的材料为聚四氟乙烯、 硅橡胶或陶瓷, 发热体支架采用 材料为金属。
6.根据权利要求 3的电加热熏蒸器( 100 ), 其特征在于, 固定在 底座(9)上发热体支架(3)将熏蒸器隔划成两个舱室, 其一是加热 隔热舱, 固定有散热装置、 内隔热层(2)、发热体 (1)、发热体支架(3) 和外隔热层(5); 另一个是控制抢室, 内部安装有电路板(15)、 变压 器(16)、 定时器(14), 底面接电源线(17); 发热体导线穿过内隔热层 (2)的导线孔连接在电路板 (15)上, 风扇的导线连接在变压器(16)上, 电源线(17)和定时器(14)直接连接在电路板 (15)上, 电路板 (15)固定 在熏蒸器底座(9)上, 变压器(16)的导线与电路板 (15)连接。
7.根据权利要求 6的电加热熏蒸器(100), 其特征在于, 在散热 装置外侧有一过滤网置于底座(9)与机壳盖(2)之间。
8.根据权利要求 7的电加热熏蒸器(100) ,其特征在于,一个罩体 (10)与机壳盖(2)相连,而一个上盖(8)安装在罩体 (10)上。
9.根据权利要求 1或 2所述的电加热熏蒸器 (100), 其特征在于, 所述的隔热层(2, 5)可以多层隔热体。
