Abstract

Cette invention concerne une étiquette programmable sensible à une interrogation magnétique qui fait intervenir un champ magnétique d'interrogation. Cette étiquette comprend: (a) une pluralité de structures magnétiques saturables (310) pour couplage non linéaire du champ magnétique d'interrogation dans un champ magnétique de réponse correspondant; (b) des régions magnétiques à programmation réversible (330) pour l'application de champs magnétiques décalés à des structures magnétiques dans le but d'em modifier les caractéristiques de couplage non linéaire. L'étiquette selon l'invention peut être produite en grande quantité à partir d'un ruban continu de matériau pour étiquette que l'on débite en étiquettes individuelles. Elle offre l'avantage de pouvoir faire l'objet d'une programmation réversible. Est également décrit un procédé d'enregistrement de données sur l'étiquette, qui consiste à: (c) placer l'étiquette tout près de l'appareil d'enregistrement; et (d) appliquer un champ magnétique de magnétisation sur chacune des régions magnétiques (330) pour en modifier le champ magnétique auquel est soumise sa structure saturable associée.
