Abstract

L'invention concerne un tricot à mailles jetées destiné à être utilisé comme filet de protection solaire ignifuge, comprenant une première série de fils monofilament en polyéthylène (M1), qui sont chacun formés en chaînettes s'étendant dans le sens chaîne ; une deuxième série de fils monofilament (M2) en polyéthylène haute densité tricotés dans un mode zigzag pour former une maille chargée s'étendant dans le sens de la trame par rapport à la première série de fils monofilament ; une troisième série de fils monofilament en polyéthylène haute densité (M3) ajoutés à la première et deuxième série de fils monofilament comme rembourrage; et une quatrième série de mono-rubans en polyéthylène haute densité (T) ajoutés aux fils monofilament comme rembourrage, lesdits fils monofilament étant pourvus d'un composé de brome halogéné ignifuge incorporé à l'intérieur. La proportion en poids des fils monofilament par rapport aux mono-rubans est de l'ordre de 3:1. Chaque fil monofilament comprend en poids 85 % de polyéthylène haute densité, 3 % d'agent colorant et 12 % de composé ignifuge.
