Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés et un appareil permettant d'établir une rotation relative entre un connecteur optique autour d'un axe s'étendant longitudinalement à travers le connecteur optique et une machine d'inspection. Dans un mode de réalisation, un connecteur optique est fixé de manière amovible à un élément boîtier comportant une bride allongée. Le connecteur optique est installé dans une machine d'inspection par insertion de la surface d'extrémité dudit connecteur dans une ouverture de réception du connecteur ménagée dans la machine et par orientation du connecteur optique et de l'élément boîtier de manière à positionner la bride allongée dans l'évidement d'un dispositif de serrage prévu sur ladite machine. L'invention se rapporte en outre à un nécessaire comportant un élément boîtier et une plaque de montage.
