Description

INSTALATION ET PROCEDE DE DECONDITIONNEMENT AUTOMATIQUE DE CONTENEURS SOUPLES AINSI QUE L ' UTILISATION DE LADITE INSTALATIONINSTALLATION AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY UNCONDITIONING FLEXIBLE CONTAINERS AS WELL AS USING THE SAME
La présente invention se rapporte à une installation destinée au déconditionnement automatique individuel de gros conteneurs souples remplis de matériaux, à un procédé de déconditionnement deThe present invention relates to an installation intended for the individual automatic unpacking of large flexible containers filled with materials, to a process for unpacking
5 contenus, ainsi qu'à une utilisation de l'installation.5 contents, as well as a use of the installation.
Large flexible containers, better known as large bags or “big bags” weighing around 500 kg when filled, were originally created to allow farmers to handle, simply, easily and in one operation, using a tractor equipped with a fork, of large quantities of manure.
In a few years, the use of these large bags has more widely spread to different technical fields.
These large bags have in particular been adapted to their other uses with the variation of their capacity (from 0.5 to 15 m 3 ), their basic geometric shape (circular, square), the possible presence of 20 gripping means (handles ), the chemical nature of the material constituting them (polypropylene) possibly being more or less permeable to the liquids and / or gases that these bags contain.
Also, large bags are commonly used in many branches of economic activity, and can thus include compounds of extremely varied physicochemical nature. These compounds can be in a pulverulent, pasty or even monolithic form. These different physical states present significant variations in shear strength used to tear them, with a view to their emptying.
The compounds contained in the large bags can moreover present very varied chemical compositions, and toxicities for man, and / or the animal and / or the natural environment more or less high.
The installations known hitherto for unpacking large bags simply consist in pouring the contents of these bags into a hopper at the bottom of which is a distributor. The latter is overhung by a sharp means intended to disembowel the large bags, which consists for example of a fixed steel blade, of bevelled shape which widens downwards.
Other known installations (DE 4419599 Cl) for emptying large bags consist of keeping the bag immobile, suspended, then slicing it in its lower part, then collecting its contents by means of a recovery container.
Another device intended for transferring the contents of large bags as described in US Pat. No. 5,507,602 consists in horizontally placing a flexible, elastic membrane through which flows the powder content of large bags.
Malheureusement, de tels dispositifs ne permettent pas l'évacuation correcte de contenus monolithiques ou pâteux, ni une protection sanitaire satisfaisante contre la toxicité de matières pulvérulentes présentes dans l'environnement de travail du personnel manutentionnaire .Unfortunately, such devices do not allow the correct evacuation of monolithic or pasty contents, nor satisfactory health protection against the toxicity of powdery materials present in the working environment of handlers.
Also, there remains a need for an installation intended to automatically unpack, by the chain, and individually large flexible containers (or bags), filled with materials, whatever their volume, their weight or their physical constitution, the nature physico-chemical of said material it contains, while having a high and variable hourly rate of deconditioning, being able to adapt very easily to the nature of the bag and / or its content, and this while retaining the physical- chemical content of the bags, and ensuring the safety and hygiene of handling personnel with a very low financial cost.
The subject of the invention is therefore an installation intended for automatically and individually unpacking large flexible containers filled with materials, and comprising a conveyor belt, a hopper, a crusher, a sorter, these said elements being subjected to a vacuum for the duration of container unpacking. The invention is characterized in that the sorter comprises discs adapted to the nature of the materials included in the flexible containers.
The installation of the invention has the advantage of being able to adapt very easily, on the one hand, to the speed of unpacking of the flexible containers, depending on the consumption or the subsequent reprocessing of their content, for example in a processing installation annexed and on the other hand, to variations in the physical state of their content within the same container. The installation also makes it possible to treat, easily, successively, quickly and without any modification of its means constituting it, flexible containers containing pulverulent materials then flexible containers containing more or less partially solidified materials, or vice versa, and this without damage the cutting tool or even without creating dust or splashes in large quantities and / or harmful to the working environment nearby.
Enfin, contrairement aux dispositifs connus jusqu'ici, une telle installation de déconditionnement permet le stockage, à moindres coûts, du contenu déjà extrait des conteneurs souples avant leur traitement ultérieur, et ceci sans aucun problème pour l'environnement proche, ni dégradation du contenu au contact de l'oxygène de l'air, de la chaleur solaire, de l'humidité (par exemple pour le plâtre), ou encore du gaz carbonique (par exemple pour la chaux) .Finally, unlike the devices known so far, such a deconditioning installation allows the storage, at lower cost, of the content already extracted from the flexible containers before their subsequent treatment, and this without any problem for the surrounding environment, nor degradation of the content in contact with oxygen in the air, solar heat, humidity (for example for plaster), or carbon dioxide (for example for lime).
L'invention a encore pour objet un procédé de déconditionnement automatique et individuel de gros conteneurs souples remplis de matériaux, consistant à :The subject of the invention is also a process for automatic and individual deconditioning of large flexible containers filled with materials, consisting in:
- à acheminer lesdits conteneurs vers une trémie,- to transport said containers to a hopper,
- à extraire les matériaux, l'ensemble dudit procédé étant réalisé sous une dépression constante pendant la durée de déconditionnement des conteneurs.- to extract the materials, the whole of said process being carried out under constant vacuum during the period of unconditioning of the containers.
The method is characterized in that after the routing step the containers are crushed in full, and the crushed assembly is then sorted to obtain the shreds of the containers and the separated materials.
Finally, a final object of the invention is the use of the installation as defined above for unpacking large flexible containers, filled with powdery materials or not.
Cette dépression peut être constante pendant la durée de déconditionnement .Preferably, the depression is between approximately 5mm and 10mm of water column. This depression can be constant during the deconditioning period.
The mill can include a rotor having a rotational speed of between about 60 and 120 rpm. The duration of deconditioning of flexible containers can vary from approximately 1.5 minutes to approximately 3 minutes.
The invention will now be described with the aid of the single appended figure which in no way limits the subject of the invention.
This figure is a schematic representation, in section, of the installation according to the invention.
The general reference installation 1 comprises a transparent strip 2 on which the large containers 3a, 3b, 3c are unloaded, of approximately 2 m 3 in volume each, coming from a truck 4. The truck 4 can be equipped with a moving floor (not shown) so as to unload automatically and without the use of a gripping shovel said flexible containers. In this example, the containers 3a, 3b, 3c comprise, respectively, pulverulent residues of household waste incineration fumes (REFIOM), solidified REFIOMs and filter press spoilers, tixotropics originating from the physico-chemical treatment of residues acids from surface treatment. The containers 3a, 3b, 3c are made of polypropylene.
The conveyor belt 2 constitutes a buffer storage of the containers 3a, 3b, 3c before their treatment according to the invention. The installation 1 further comprises a freight elevator 5, the upper part 5a of which is situated approximately 23 meters above the ground, is connected to a hopper 6 of substantially square geometric base, having a total height of approximately 3 meters, a total width of about 1.70 meters, and equipped with a truck style damping means (not shown).
The hopper 6 comprises in its middle part a grinder 7 consisting of at least one cutting rotor having a rotational speed ranging from 60 to 120 revolutions / min.
When it is brought into contact with the bottom of each container, the rotor rips them apart and grinds them individually and successively due to its rotation, so as to transform them into shreds.
La forme géométrique des disques constituant le trieur 8 peut être adaptée au contenu des conteneurs 3a, 3b, 3c.The content of each container then flows by gravity onto a disc sorter 8, arranged horizontally, and just above the crusher 7. Depending on its physical nature (monolithic, powdery or pasty with a free water concentration of less than 30%) the content of each container flows continuously (pulverulent state) or discontinuously (monolithic) to the sorter 8. The shape the geometry of the discs constituting the sorter 8 can be adapted to the content of the containers 3a, 3b, 3c.
The sorter 8 makes it possible to direct, on the one hand, to a first container 9 the contents of the containers 3a, 3b, 3c, and on the other hand, to a second container 10 the flexible containers transformed into shreds after passing through the hopper 6 The separation of the shreds from the containers and from the materials makes it possible to avoid incorporating these shreds into content processing methods arranged after the installation of the invention.
The material stored in the first container 9 is then extracted from the latter using a soulless screw (not shown) so as to avoid the formation of jams at the outlet.
The hopper 6 is arranged substantially vertically so as to facilitate the flow of materials. Furthermore, the internal wall of all the elements constituting the hopper 6 is covered with chemical coatings which facilitate the speed of flow of the materials towards the outside (such as polyamides of rilsan type, epoxy, fluorinated polymers) while providing satisfactory erosion resistance and chemical resistance. The entire installation 1 is subjected to a vacuum of at least 5mm of water column, so as to reduce the contamination of handling staff.
The treatment flow of the installation can reach values of 80 m 3 / hour for flexible containers of around 2 m 3 .
