Abstract

L'invention concerne des techniques de traitement de l'eau par ozonisation et peut s'utiliser notamment pour la désinfection de l'eau dans des systèmes d'alimentation en eau. L'installation d'ozonisation d'eau comprend un système de conditionnement d'air relié avec au moins un générateur d'ozone muni d'une source d'alimentation électrique, une cuve de réaction se présentant comme un bassin de contact à l'intérieur duquel est monté au moins un disperseur ayant la forme d'une plaque poreuse, la taille des pores étant de 10 à 150 micromètres, ou d'une plaque comprenant des canaux ayant une forme tronconique dont le diamètre à l'entrée et à la sortie d'ozone est de 180 - 200 micromètres et 100 - 150 micromètres, respectivement. L'installation comprend aussi un système de traitement de l'ozone résiduel qui se présente comme au moins une unité de buses reliées à une source d'eau nébulisée et disposées au-dessus de la surface de l'eau à traiter de façon à ce que l'eau nébulisée la recouvre complètement. De préférence, les éléments constitutifs de l'installation sont regroupés en des modules isolés de type conteneur. L'invention concerne aussi un procédé d'ozonisation d'eau mis en oeuvre dans l'installation en question. Pour augmenter le taux d'utilisation d'ozone, l'installation est munie d'un système supplémentaire de traitement de l'ozone résiduel qui se présente comme un bassin de contact supplémentaire dont l'entrée d'eau communique avec l'entrée d'eau du bassin de contact principal et dont la sortie d'eau communique avec l'entrée d'eau du bassin de contact principal. L'invention permet une plus grande efficacité et une qualité plus élevée de traitement de l'eau grâce à une utilisation plus intense d'ozone.
