本发明涉及一种警示发光装置, 安装于车轮轮体上。 背景技术
一般车轮上几乎皆无装设能予以提供警示发光的结构, 而常见的车 轮上通常只设置一些反光片, 但此反光片还需外来光源的照射才能发挥 警示作用, 若不能提供光源显然会直接影响骑乘者的安全, 此种缺点一 直困扰着人们。 发明的公开
本发明的目的在于提供一种警示发光装置, 其可借车轮转动所产生 的离心力使电池提供电源驱动发光元件, 使其发光而达到安全的警示作 用。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种警示发光装置, 其可借光导元件外 围不同的凹凸设计, 使于光导元件内的单光源产生多光点的效果, 并进 而于骑乘时产生整个轮面皆亮的效果, 以达到提升骑乘的安全性。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种警示发光装置, 该裝置包括电路控 制组件, 其上的感光元件可接受外界光线并于光线亮度达一预定值时熄 灭闪烁的发光元件, 以节省电源。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种警示发光装置, 其整体可稳固固定 于车轮上, 且组裝及拆卸皆快速便利。
本发明所提供的警示发光装置, 装于轮体上, 其特征是包括本体, 光导元件, 发光元件, 本体的一端与光导元件的一端连接, 发光元件 设于光导元件内, 该发光元件的第一插脚插入本体内, 电池装在本体 内, 其上端与所述第一插脚相间隔, 在电池上端与本体上端之间设有 上弹簧, 所述本体的下端套设一底盖, 该底盖内与电池下端之间设有 导电片 , 导电片上设下弹簧, 下弹簧与电池的下端接触, 电池的负极 与发光元件的第二插脚电性连接。 借车轮转动所产生的离心力使电池 的正极与发光元件的第一插脚接通, 从而发光元件发光, 经光导元件 产生光导效果, 以达到安全的警示作用 。
其中光导元件的外围表面形成有数个凹环或凸部或毛燥面或透孔。 其中所述光导元件的前端设一钩件, 该钩件钩置于车轮的钢丝头 处, 所述本体的另端套置于一套筒内, 所述本体的两側各设有挡止部, 所述套筒的两側各设有活动挡片, 该活动挡片与所述的挡止部结合定 位, 所述的套筒上固置两固定钉, 该固定钉钩置于车轮的钢丝上。 附图的简要说明

本发明提供一种警示发光裝置, 其安裝于轮体上, 请参阅图 1 - 4, 一本体 1 ,该本体 1 内呈中空并于其两側从纵剖面看各开设呈锯齿状的挡 止部 11, 且于本体 1 的顶端固置一光导元件 2, 并于此光导元件 2的前 端设一钩件 21 , 而于光导元件 2内埋设一发光元件 3且其发光元件 3的 第一插脚 31插入本体 1 内, 在于本体 1 内的顶端处固置一上弹簧 12, 且 此上弹簧 12的长度大于发光元件 3插脚 31的长度, 并于本体 1 内套入 电池 13使其电池 13顶止于上弹簧 12下, 而再于本体 1底端套置一底盖 15, 该底盖 15内容置有一尺寸较小的导电片 14且此导电片 14上固置一 下弹簧 141 , 此下弹簧 141与电池 13的负极相接触, 再于本体 1上设一 电路控制组件 34 , 此电路控制組件 34以一软性的导线 32与发光元件 3 第二插脚 33及导电片 14相焊点连接, 而电路控制組件上设一感光元件 381且外露于本体 1所开设的透孔 16上, 一套筒 4, 其于两側各开设一 活动挡片 41, 使套入此套筒 4内的本体 1的挡止部 11挡止于挡片 41上 而定位, 并另于套筒 4上固置两固定钉 42。
请参阅图 5 - 11, 表示本发明警示发光裝置组装于车轮上的方式, 即 为先将套筒 4上的两固定钉 42钩置于车轮一側边的相邻的两钢丝 51、52 上, 且按压挡片 41并向下移动光导元件 2, 缩短在套筒 4外的光导元件 2及本体 1的长度, 然后将光导元件 2上的钩件 21钧接于车轮另一側边 的钢丝 53上, 此时再向上移动光导元件 2, 因为此钩件 21钩于钢丝 53 上的内圆径较钢丝 53本身的圆径大, 故该钩件 21能于钢丝 53上灵活移 动, 且最後固定于圆径与钩件 21内圆径相似的钢丝头 531上并顶止于钢 圈 5下而定位在车轮上, 因套筒 4的挡片 41与本体 1的挡止部 11的齿 形角度的设计, 故只需在下移縮短光导元件 2及本体 1 的长度时, 才须 按压原挡止于挡止部 11上的挡片 41 ,而要增长光导元件 2及本体 1的长 度则直接上移光导元件 2即可, 故组裝及拆卸皆快速便利。
请参阅图 4、 11、 12 , 在车轮未转动时, 本体 1内的两弹簧 12、 141 , 因上弹簧 12的弹力设计略大于下弹簧 141 的弹力, 且弹簧 12的弹力足 以将电池 13顶止于下, 当车轮开始转动时会产生一离心力使电池 13 自 动向发光元件 3的方向甩动, 且此离心力大于上弹簧 12的弹力, 故电池 13会压缩弹簧 12,使电池 13的正极能与发光元件 3的第一插脚 31接触, 而因导电片 14的尺寸小于底盖 15,又软性的导线 32焊接于导电片 14上, 故导电片 U及导线 32会一起与电池 13向前甩动, 而保持导电片 14上 的下弹簧 141与电池 13的负极接触, 使整体成导通的状态, 进而驱动发 光元件 3并使其发光, 以可达到一安全的警示效果。
请参阅图 13 , 为本发明的电路图, 前述的电路控制組件 34兼具震荡 电路 37及感光电路 38, 而箭头 35、 36为电流行径方向, 车轮未转动时, 箭头 35指向 A点而成断路的状态; 当车轮转动时, 箭头 35即会由 A点 转至 B点而成一导通的回路并驱动发光元件 3使其发光, 且震荡电路 37 会使发光元件 3呈闪烁的状态, 而感光电路 38上的感光元件 381可接受 外界光线并于光线亮度达一预定值时, 箭头 36即会由 C点转至 D点形成 断路而熄灭闪烁的发光元件 3, 以节省电池的电源, 而于光线不足时, 箭 头 36即会由 D点转至 C点而形成导通的回路并再驱动发光元件 3使其发 光闪烁, 而上述提到的感光元件 381 可为光电晶体管 (本实施例) 或光 敏电阻 (图未示) , 另外若电路控制組件 34仅为震荡电路 37而无感光 电路 38亦不影响整体的运作。
请参阅图 11 及 14 - 17, 其光导元件 2 的外围表面形成有数个凹环 22或毛燥面 23 (或称粗糙面) 或凸部 24或透孔 25的部分, 其可使光线 折射或反射, 借由光于两不同介质介面的反射及折射作用, 使为单光源 的发光元件 3能在光导元件 2上产生多光点的效果, 进而在车轮转动时, 更可产生整个轮面皆亮的视觉效果, 以达到提升骑乘者的安全性。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳可行的实施例而已, 凡利用本发明上述 的形状、 抅造、 装置所作的变化, 皆应包含于本发明的杈利要求范围内。 工业应用性
本发明所提供的警示发光装置, 其借车轮转动所产生的离心力使 电池提供电源驱动发光元件, 使此发光元件发光而达到安全的警示作 用, 并借光导元件外围不同的凹凸设计, 使于光导元件内的单光源产 生多光点的效果, 从而在骑乘时产生整个轮面皆亮的效果, 以达到提 升骑乘的安全性。

1 . 一种警示发光装置, 装于轮体上,
其特征在于, 它包括本体, 光导元件, 发光元件, 本体的一端与光导元 件的一端连接, 发光元件设于光导元件内, 该发光元件的第一插脚插入 本体内, 电池装在本体内, 其上端与所述第一插脚相间隔, 在电池上端 与本体上端之间设有上弹簧, 所述本体的下端套设一底盖, 该底盖内与 电池下端之间设有导电片, 导电片上设下弹簧, 下弹簧与电池的下端接 触, 电池的负极与发光元件的第二插脚电性连接。
2 . 如杈利要求 1所述的警示发光装置,
其特征在于, 所述的电池负极与发光元件的第二插脚之间通过一电路控 制組件相连接。
3 . 如杈利要求 2所述的警示发光裝置,
其特征在于, 所述的电路控制組件为振荡电路。
4. 如杈利要求 2所述的警示发光装置,
其特征在于, 所述的电路控制組件为兼具感光电路及振荡电路。
5. 如杈利要求 4所述的警示发光装置,
其特征在于, 所述的感光电路上具有感光元件。
