Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de soudure électrique permettant d'assembler des composants, faisant intervenir des adhésifs thermocollants ou thermofusibles. Ce système comprend un élément (1) défini par un corps (2) conducteur d'électricité muni d'un revêtement (3) constitué d'un adhésif thermofusible ou thermocollant. Lorsqu'on place le corps (2) conducteur d'électricité entre les surfaces à assembler et qu'on applique une tension entre les extrémités du corps (2) conducteur d'électricité, ce dernier chauffe et fait fondre le revêtement (3) ou produit une réaction chimique dans le revêtement (3). Ainsi, lorsque le revêtement est constitué d'un adhésif thermofusible et que l'on coupe la tension entre les extrémités du corps (2) conducteur d'électricité, l'adhésif fondu refroidit et fait prise entre les surface à assembler, ce qui permet de fixer solidement les surfaces entre elles.
